Who we are, and what we are not
ITReturn.in is the tax division of Harsiddhi Services, run by S. J. Parmar from an office at Chhani Jakatnaka in Vadodara. Most tax websites are vague about who is behind them. Here is ours, without marketing language.
Our credentials, and their limits

Our GST Practitioner enrolment covers GST work. Our application to the Income Tax Department for registration as an e-Return Intermediary is pending. We are not a firm of Chartered Accountants, we do not carry out tax audits or issue certificates reserved to that profession, and we do not represent taxpayers before the income tax authorities or the Appellate Tribunal. What we do is prepare your return accurately, reconcile it against AIS and Form 26AS, explain it to you in plain language, and file it once you have approved it.
What we do not do
- We are not a firm of Chartered Accountants.
- We do not carry out tax audits or issue certificates reserved to that profession.
- We do not represent taxpayers before the income tax authorities or the Appellate Tribunal.
- We do not claim to be the cheapest. We are not, and we will tell you who is.
- We do not file anything until you have read the draft and approved it.
On price
You can file your own return free of charge on the Income Tax Department portal at incometax.gov.in, with pre-filled data and free offline utilities. If your return is simple and you are comfortable doing it yourself, that route costs you nothing and we will say so plainly. People come to us when they want someone to check the figures and be accountable for getting it right.
